I'm prepping the car to make a 16 hour drive to Saskatchewan, at which point I will spend 2 days at Saskatchewan International Raceway casually play racing with a buddy of mine. This track is at 1600ft instead of 5800 so I'm anxious to see how the car runs. I'll be transporting 30 gallons of E85 with me because it's not available up there, good thing GVR-4s have big trunks. I'll drive it up with 91 in the tank, then switch to E85 when we're about an hour from the track and do my best to tune it for the altitude difference.

Over 16 hours of constant 3600 rpm driving, does anyone have any ideas about what might be vibrated loose in the engine bay? I've put about 2500 miles on the engine, with about 12 Bandi passes and I haven't found anything that's worked its way loose. The oil filter was on pretty tight and didn't move, the newly installed one is installed the same way. The car doesn't vibrate, it's more like a buzz; it's not nearly noticeable enough to be bothersome. Anyone have any experience to share about weird things happening after removing the b-shafts and then going for extended drives?

Taking a car onto a road course without nut and bolting it is a pretty foolish thing, and having met you you do not really strike me as foolish. If you are not familiar with the term nut and bolting its easy- just put a screwdriver, wrench or a socket and ratchet on every single nut and bolt and screw in the engine, suspension, etc and make sure they are tight.
I dont know what might loosen up over a 15hour drive, but when we go to the track we nut/bolt at the end of every single day, and if the car has gone off track at all we nut/bolt/inspect the underside of the car as well. Might seem like overkill, but it doesnt take a lot to go from a little loose to falling off.

Alternator belt.

Water pump belt.

Power steering pump belt.

Alternator housing can raddle apart without balance shafts. THe four big screws will loosen up.

Turbo bolts.

Those are the ones that would convern me.

I've had a couple of the alternator pivots come loose. Once I had an oil pressure sending unit back out.
