I have 3 rims which are corroded pretty bad - one for sure won't hold air I'm not sure about the other two.
Any idea how to fix these? I don't even know if it's possible but I'm being hopeful.

There are a couple of things to try:
Sprinkle Arm & Hammer Baking Soda on a damp sponge, rub surface, and wipe clean with a dry cloth.
To remove rust from chrome, wipe it with aluminum foil dipped in Coke®. To polish chrome, use a crumbled up piece of aluminum foil and rub.
See if any of these work for you.

Wow, I didn't know nonchemists knew that! It is actually a controlled "thermite reaction" where you are actually converting the rust back to iron (and the aluminum foil will turn black if it is working correctly, since aluminum oxide is the biproduct which is black). I don't think you need the cola, though. Google it - it is a spectacular site to see (a full blown thermite reaction).

Just to clarify, I'm worried about the flaking chrome on the inside where the tire seals to the wheel.

Ahhh, I thought you meant cleaning it. I'm really not sure how you can fix flaking chrome, or even if you can without stripping it and re-chroming it.

Ok, yeah I've heard it can be re-chromed but I didn't know where to start. It's on the inside so it doesn't have to be pretty, it just needs to seal the tire.
I guess it's not too uncommon for this to happen. I have 3 sets of these wheels, and 4 of the rims have this problem to such a degree that they won't hold air for more than a day or two.

Sand it smooth and paint the inside edge of the rim should seal.
