I've got a full cage with the X brace between the strut towers and the main hoop. http://milehightalon.com/images/cage32.JPG I also currently have a rear strut tower bar. I'm thinking that the triangulation between the strut towers and the main hoop probably provide plenty of rigidity to the strut towers and thus I could eliminate the rear STB. Just thought I would throw it out there for comment.

I'm no genius, but I'd wager you'll be fine in chucking that bar.

I tossed mine when I got mine together. Doesn't mean it was right, but I did. :D

Did not notice it missing, but of course I didn't ever run it with the cage in. My guess though, especially with all your extra support above and beyond what my cage has, is that your going to be fine without the STB (strut tower bar if your slow like me).
