fuel problem can anyone help?

I have a 95 eclipse gs with a five speed. I can't seem to figure out why the fuel pump is not coming on. I had it tested and it is fine. I have search through my repair book and can't find the fuel pump relay to see if it is bad. if anyone can help me by telling where it is or what else it can be. thanks

The relay should be under the hood in the engine bay fuse box. the cover should be labled on which one is which

CBR is correct, unless it has previously been hotwired.

Just as an FYI, if your pump is bad PM me, I'll have an extra stock pump soon

fuel pump is good. looked under the hood in the relay box and there isn't anything labeled as the fuel pump relay. the only ones that are there are the cooling fan hi and low, air cond. comp., headlights, fog lights, tail lights, ignition, air condition fan hi and low.
