We have had a lot of interest lately in cagework and pricing etc, so heres the deal:

Basic cage for S13/14, 1or2G DSM, FC RX-7 and similar- Includes, standard NASA/SCCA legal or NHRA door bars, window net mounts, "harness" and cross bar, DOM tubing in legal wall thickness and diameter, legal steel mounting plates, gusseting where required, etc. $1100.00

Basic cage pricing assumes the owner will remove interor pieces prior to dropping car off for caging. We are of course happy to do this at additional cost if so desired. All our cages are bent in-house, and we keep enough tubing on-hand to do about three cages at any given time.

Upgrades:

"NASCAR" style door bars- $250
FIA X style door bars, with formed sheetmetal gusseting- $200
Swing-away door bars- call for pricing
A and B pillar tie plates- $100 per set

Other options, such as additional triangulation, gusseting, thru-firewall bracing, etc is available- call or come by for quote to meet your specific needs.

For 1100 i would expect you to remove and put back in the interior panels.

$1100 for a custom built cage welded into your car is virtually unheard of in this industry right now, especially since DOM tubing is at $4.00 a foot or higher. We actually will not be able to run this cage special much longer, as the cost of steel, welding gas, etc is going up to the point that we would make virtually nothing on even the most basic cage at $1100.

That's an awesome deal!!! Count me in real soon, IF THE DANG CAR GETS RUNNING RIGHT AGAIN!!! I am getting ready to drop the 'vette off for some custom header/tune so if the Talon's running right after that's done, then I am all over this!!! I "think" the only thing I would need/want extra is a bar for some 5 points. Or just tell me what ways best to have them mounted!

For 1100 all you would get is me removing and putting back in the interior panels. LOL (nothing else, just some panel R&R :D )

$1100 for a cage is a smokin' deal. -I- won't do one that inexpensive. It's a lot of damn work!
