I need some help from people who know electronics and can read a diagram.
A couple years ago my A/C controll unit in my Jetta caught fire.
Something shorted out and the fans wouldnt turn off and it over heated the unit.
I replaced the thing and the wire harness but it keeps poping the 20amp fuse on the control unit when I hit the A/C button.

I think I narrowed it down to a short in Wire 3 on the Controll unit, which in the diagram says "Under Coolant Bubble".
That wire shouldnt have continuity to ground should it?
