What is the name of the gasket that is on the bottom of the pipe that the O2 sensor is attached to? And where can I get one?

o2 housing flange gasket. You might te able to get a autzone ,napa, etc.. or you can get one from Dwalker here on the forum if your in the denver metro area.

Sweet. Cause the only way I can get the O2 sensor out is if I take that pipe out, I have every other gasket except that one. I've been trying to get the damn O2 sensor out for two weeks now and I've tried everything. So I'm gonna take the pipe off, finally get it out and then just reinstall the pipe.

Is it just stuck too well? I sprayed mine with penetrating oil, bought a cheapo Kobalt 27mm socket, used a metal saw and ran a cut lenthwise along the socket for the wire to stick out of...just like the kind you can buy for 15$ at the parts store, but for 1/4 the price. This way you can remove the sensor without having the take apart the o2 housing.

Mine's pretty welded in. I've tried a torch, an entire can of penetrating oil and two different sockets. Still nothing.

I have but everytime I try the socket spreads and starts to strip the O2 sensor. lol It's really welded in there,

Have you tried driving around to get it nice and hot then try to remove it?

Soak it in some PB blaster, get it nice and hot, shut it off, then try to get it out.

Yep, tried that too.

I have a 1G O2 housing if you want it, it may be easier for you to just swap it out and get a new O2 sensor.

I don't know why, but I can't find that gasket anywhere except the dealer (about $7 if I remember).

I also have a couple 1g 02 housings...I might even have one with an 02 sensor in it. Free if you can pick it up near Denver.

That'd be awesome! I live in Denver, just shoot me a PM and we'll work something out.

Thanks!
