Took the car to pmi last night to see what she would do. Best run of the night was 11.1@132mph, backed up a 11.2@131, and a 11.3@132. Not to shabby for the first time at the track this year. Best 60' was 1.78, the rest were in the 1.9s
Oh yeah, all open diffs, 17's with kumho all-season tires, stock 1g intake manifold, full interior, full exhaust.
Video to be posted soon...

Good job!
I asked over on RMDSM too, but do you have a cage yet? or planning on it?
With some sticky tires and 1.6 60' you would be in the 10's

Ya, get those 60's down and your in the 10's....no wonder you were asking huh. :)
All season tires are good for 1.6-1.7's. Lower your tire pressure if your spinning too much. Get a spotter to help out if your not sure.
Awsome time and can't wait to see the movie.

I havent taken any weight out, so whatever stock weight is plus me, i weigh 155lbs. so like 3500lbs with me in it.
I am maybe one of the worst spellers ever!

Your probably 3300lbs or 3400lbs tops with you in there. I was never over 3300 lbs with me in the car and I'm only 10lbs lighter (what I like to call good driver weight :D ). I'm lightened now, but with full interior and all the other stuff (including a 15" sub box in the back) I was 3290lbs. You really should go get weight yourself somewhere so you can use it for calculations for HP. Paul is the heaviest 2G I've ever heard of and I believe he was just over 3400lbs in it.

A Huge Congrats! I know that I wasn't going to stay on the #1 spot in the timeslips catagory for long. Get yer name up there, son!
132mph is serious for a street car. Noice!

Ouch! Probably close to 2.5 years ago it weighed 3350 with me in it. I have since lost 20 lbs! Next time I go I will probably take out the spare tire from the car too! :)

Outstanding runs, esp for the first time out this year! If you were running @ bandi I bet your short times would be 'substantially' quicker.

Very nice. Where can I see a current mod list?
i dont have a website or anything. heres a basic mod list
6bolt 2.3
je pistons 8.5/1
eagle rods
new from mitsu crank
big air to air fmic
tial 38mm wastegate/ 50mm bov
full-race to4r, .70ar comp side, t3 .82 ar turbine side, p-trim turbine wheel
3 in exhaust, no cat, apexi n1 muffler
1g head, un-ported but i did clean out the casting marks
hks 272 cams/crower springs and retainers
custom 4in intake that puts filter outside of engine bay
rams-horn design tubular exhaust mani. (obx-r believe it or not, actually a nice unit)
jack built race tranny, 4-spider diff
dsmlink tuned by me
plx wideband
autometer boost, fuel pres. and oil pres.
fic 950s
walboro 255hp/-06 ss line tank to rail/paxton afpr/auto alchemy fuel fittings
2.5' ic pipes
maf-t
17x8 ssr comps
GC coilovers/tokiko shocks
seibon CF hood
full-weight
stock 1g throttle body
stock unported 1g intake mani
no nitrous
tuned by making 3rd gear pulls on the street
there is alot of room to grow, i am sure i would see decent gains from an intake manifold, proper dyno tuning, drag radials, and lsd's

thanx man. my tuning style works for me, i dont exactly recomend it.:D i swear the one of best things you can do is buy a wideband to have in your car at all times.

Hmm, this is starting to worry me....
I have almost exactly the same setup as you do (including p-trim turbo). I'm actually doing a stroker 2g and I was hoping for high 11s...
Uh oh, I don't wanna install a roll-cage!!!
I guess I'll have to get kicked out of bandi before I install the cage lol!
Nice times by the way, they look very nice

You can go high 11's on a 50trim up here, probably on pump gas too if you really wanted to.

Anyone can buy a 10 second or 11 second setup, but few can tune and drive one.
Many men (and probably women) have tried to go 11s with more than enough mods that should have produced it over the last few years, but as you'll find out it takes an even bigger man (or woman) to be able to drive it that fast once you have that kind of power.
BTW, nice consistency too Tyler...it's even harder to be consistent when your that fast.

I realize that you have to be able to drive the car. I think we already had this discussion when I came over...
I am really amazed at the VERY consistent times as well. Good job

Tyler, who built and did the machine work for your motor and head? Also, which head gasket are you using? Just curious for future reference. :) Thanks!
