Could this be a 16G Turbo???

The guy I bought my parts car from said it had a 16g on it, here is a pic of it... Sorry this was the best I could do....

Looks like a 14b to me. I'm pretty sure only the 14b had fins that were all identical. 16G wheels have long and shorter alternating blades.
