So for the 2g guys running AEM stand alone... How are you passing emissions when they plug their computer into the OBD2 port?

All of mine are 1995's. No requirement for OBDII to function correctly until 1996.

I just ran into this last month with my 1999. I'm using ECU+, which provides its own OBDII app but disables that OBDII port. Basically I passed emissions and they gave me an "advisory" on the non-functioning port which did not prevent me from getting my renewal sticker.

Another reason I'm going to kick myself when I sell my 95 GSX. :(

Good to know! Sounds like I may be able to pass with AEM and a cat running E85.

Thanks guys! :)

Another thing the 95 has is a different suspension arm setup :)

Its also an early 95 with the bigger rear brakes... Already put the 2gb bumpers and 99 black interior in it too. :(

Don't tell me you're parting it for the new toy...

No, I'm selling it as it sits minus the DVD/NAV stereo and I was going to swap the transmission with a stocker. The transmission is a Jacks premium build with the Evo options, cryo'd and Quaife LSD ($4200). I'm selling all the extra parts i have sitting the garage.
