Wow, Colorado is getting some pretty sweet tracks! Feel lucky to live near them :)

Like the other half dozen articles I've seen in the papers about new tracks, I'll believe it when I see it.

I hope we get more tracks, the more the merrier. I really wish they'd re-open Mead. lol

Mead is in sad shape right now. Looks like they tore down the building and bleachers too. :(

I asked my wife about this project, she is a city planner for Broomfield and knows all the big projects happening. She told me that this track was planned for a long time now. She was not to convince that the project was a go, but I will bug her to look into it more.

I read in the paper today another track is coming to town out by I-70 and E-470.
Seems with the possibility of getting state tax help and maybe some of those "stimulus" funds that we're ALL paying for tracks are poppin' up all over.
