Sorry about that. Yes, address -3061 W 92 Unit 8F, Westminster CO 80031
No garage, just a parking spot. I guess that wouldn't be to popular here, no garage :). Were selling because we just had a baby in Nov. My 8yo daugter and our new son are sharing a room. We need more bedrooms. We have a contract on another place contengent on this one selling so were motivated :)..

I don't know if there are any on the list that do investment properties but, this also makes a great rental
