Unless I'm missing something, that's the intake off the throttle body right there. Is that n/a? Why would you swap a non-turbo 4g63 into a porsche?

You are missing something. There are two tubes going up, presumably for a top mount intercooler. Also an air filter coming from where the turbo should be would be a good indication that it might have a turbo ;)

It looks like a turbo. On the exhaust side you see the K&N air intake filter. Just to the left of the filter there is a pipe pointing up, must likely the output of the turbo. The TB intake is also a pipe pointing straight up. There must be another pipe that connects these two.
