I need a battery and want a decent one that is fairly cheap. I would prefer a sealed one and it will be used in -30*F. Any suggestions?

For -30 I don't think I'd trust anything cheap. I've had good luck with various off brands, but only when it's warm outside.
If it needs it to be reliable (especially in cold weather), a battery is one of those things I wouldn't mind spending money on.
You could get a sealed battery box and move it inside the vehicle to help on the really cold days...but that's a good bit of extra cost.

I'm thinking about a Napa Orbital. Should be a little cheaper than an Optima and available to replace at any Napa since they are everywhere.
But then again, a walmart battery is like 30$ which is tempting:D

I've got a Duralast Gold from Autozone. It got pretty good ratings in the reviews I read on the web, and I have not had any issues with it in the 6ish months I've had it. I can't speak to it's performance in temps as low as you stated, though.

I've heard good things with Walmart batteries but they're not sealed. The higher the CCA the better it will do in cold weather.

Forgot to update this thread. I ended up getting a Kirkland battery from Costco for 50$. Very good deal and is a higher amp rating than the factory replacement. I had one of these on my last 2g in the same weather for a year, so I know it will be fine(I forgot how cheap they are otherwise I would have just gotten another without hesitating).

Do those Kirkland batteries come with any kind of warranty? Sometimes I get tired of my yellow top Optima.

Yes they come with a great warranty- the same as many of the batteries that are twice the price. If I can remember off the top of my head, it's definitely a 3 year free replacement and I want to say 9 year prorated...I am not with the car right now but will be this weekend and can update if it differs.
