I would try bleeding the clutch line.

^^^ Agreed. When it acts up like that again, try this:

1) Have the car on a flat surface with the e-brake off.
2) Push the clutch pedal to the floor and hold it there.
3) Put the tranny in 1st gear.
4) Rev the engine to 6 or 7k RPM.

If the car moves forward, then your clutch is in the 'friction zone'. It could need adjustment, bleeding, the flex line could be bad, pressure plate is warped very badly, or the disk is broken. I would think in a newer vehicle like yours, it's probably a bad clutch. You really need to get this problem fixed in a hurry if the clutch is in the friction zone when you are trying to shift. When the tranny fights you like that, you are putting the synchro blocker rings under enormous loads. They will burn up and soon you will start to feel it grind. Once you feel the tranny grinding, it's too late. You wiped out the rings, and not only will you still have a clutch problem, but you will need to fix the tranny too.

I believe the roadrace no name clutch is not a bad option. It will give you more clamping power without as much of a risk of voiding your warranty.
