(correction)
I have an AEM (3.5bar pressure sensor) hooked up to my DSM Link. Problem is, I want my WB o2 to be hooked up as well.
I have a '92 tsi and I was wondering if there is a way to do it. IF there is only one source and that's from where the AEM is, can I do a switch of some kind to alternate use?
I have a Tech Edge brand WB O2 sensor.
thx!

do you mean an AEM wideband?

no Tech Edge.
the AEM is the 3.5 bar

I have the same 2 hooked up....... WB in rear O2 and aem boost in MDS. I may be wasting your time since you have a 1G but I am not sure if this will apply to you or not.

a 1G does not have a 2nd O2 sensor to use. He just nees to know if there is a second electrical source he can use ( i think it's a .5v source). IIRC he is using the EGR sensor for the AEM 3.5 bar map sensor.

If you go into dsmlink and try to add the sensor it will show what lines it can read it from. Since you don't have a rear O2 then you might need to lock your intake temp or barometric so you can use one of those inputs.

sounds easy enough. ... But I'm afraid I'm very electrically challanged. DUHhhh.
I believe Allen is correct. He helped me install the AEM. If I have a usefull temp wire, that would be great since the DSM Link seems to allready just read 79deg all the time for intake temps. That's because I belive it's being bypassed allready. (?)
However, I'm concernd if this is all that's needed to make it work. The cable for the WB brain box has six (6) wires comming out for something like this. So I don't know wich and how many to hook up to where.
This might be a DSM Link question. But if memory serves me, I didn't get a real answer before. Maybe if I re phrased the question to them. ... It's been a while.
