So I think I should finally get around to fixing my idle issues. I need to check my TPS and see if it's working right. It may be bad. I have the directions from RRE. But what should my logger say? Should it say 0 at idle or should the TPS be higher? Right now it reads as +2. I know my 1G needed to be at +10-12. I know I need a scan tool to set the timing and the idle, but thought this would get me close at least. Any VFAQs or tips?

You really need to scan the ISC to do it correctly.

Scan the ISC how? With a logger, or do I need a special scan tool? What should my TPS read at idle? I checked for voltage between pins 2 and 4 like the RRE directions say, and I don't have any current. I do have resistance between 3 and 4 and I have set that to zero like the directions say. What is my next step? Can I swap in another TPS or ISC motor from another car? I have a 1G TB and can get ahold of a 1G NT TB. I have been told the 2G TPS is unique and I may not be able to use one from another car. What's next?
