So I'm really confused because I was getting very lean at 19 psi on my little t28 with e85 and ostrich is really easy to tune with so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong there but I am either running out of fuel or the 1g maf is getting overran. I changed the map in ostrich to like low 9's for target a/f across the map, lowered my injector comp and bumped up my fuel pressure regulator and I still saw the uego jump to 17 right when I reached a higher rpm. What makes me mad is my friend has an evo 3 16g at 22psi running pump 91 with only a afpr bumped up to 43.5psi, bigger pump, stock injectors, huge fmic with a biger intake pipe + the 1g maf (with one of the honeycombs removed) and he is not seeing any lean conditions. Does this sound like I am overrunning my 1g maf?

It definitely could be. The removed honeycomb is probably helping your friend. The best way to find out if you have maf overrun is to log your injector pulsewidth. If you see random dips in the injector pulsewidth it's either something wrong with the maf, an overrun condition, or a wiring issue.
