Remove both rear half shafts?

HOW? I can't seem to find the right combination of things to unbolt, take apart to pull out the assemble to get old out, new in......... forget it, maybe I will just become the worlds fastest 3WD! hahahahhaha HELP!!!

IIRC...

Whatever bolts on the hub that will allow it to pivot down should give you enough clearance to pull the axle. Once it's out of the hub it will come out of the diff.
