I'm not, but I do have a related question. Do you have a link to the road course website and/or schedule? There does not appear to be one on the drag racing site, or I can't find it, and I'd like to know when the open track days are scheduled.

Here's the link for NASA. http://www.nasarockymountain.com/

When you get there, you can go to the forums and scroll down to PMP May 1 & 2.

For HPDE which is where you would start unless you have a license from another race group go here http://www.nasaproracing.com/hpde/index.html

Like SCCA, if you volunteer for corner worker you can get free a free day of racing for every 2 days of volunteering. People you know can volunteer for you and it will count towards you.

Hope to see you there, Mathew.

Nah, I'm not going to Pueblo.

Supposed to be at HPR the following weekend instructing in PDX.

My life is overly busy right now Fred, kinda sucks. haha

Thanks for those links Fred, but I am looking for a PMP-based website that shows all the road course events there for the season. Any idea where I could find that? I stumbled across it once, but I can't for the life of me find it again!

Do you happen to know if a ChumpCar license is viable in the NASA or SCCA worlds? I raced in the Double-7 Enduro at PMP last month.

Edit: I just went back to the PMP website and there's now a link to at least an email contact for the road course...no schedule listed but I guess it's a start lol.

Hey Matthew,
I'm know our Chumpcar licenses are not transferable for road racing, but it should be enough to get you into PDX/HPDE.

A full RR license in either group takes a bit more than Chumpcar. (I love the chumpcar format because it requires really nothing) Here's a step by step guide for the SCCA.

Thanks Erron!

And I did find a link to the PMP road schedule:
http://www.pueblomotorsportspark.us

IDK why they can't have it on the same site as the drag info...kinda strange.

You bet man! Since I've raced with you, (big grin) I can put in a good word for you on the first PDX event and get you more quickly escalated up to CTT. Are you looking to go Club Racing or get into Club Time Trials?

Glad you fornd what you needed, Mathew. I don't know about PDX, but to start in HPDE you only need a valid CO driving license.

Wish you were going to be there Erron. Didn't you and Jake say you were going to go to PMP?

Jake is prepping for the Redline Time Attack and I'm supposed to be instructing at HPR that weekend.

Yep, I'm trying to get my car up to speed as well. Jake and I just made the surge tank on Friday and I'm going to get it installed over the next few weeks. (somewhere where I can cram it into my schedule) I'm hoping that my carbon doors and hatch show up next month as well. Ugh, never enough time and the season is starting.

Anybody else thing that's pretty cool that PMP has a Javelin on the front page? (I had a 68)
