Does anyone have recommendations to break this free. I am removing the transmission and the exhaust is in the way.

Are you trying to remove the O2 housing from the turbo or the downpipe from the O2 housing?
See if you can at least get a putty knife or something in between the O2 housing and the downpipe, just enough to spread SOME kind of gap. Spray in PB B'laster penetrating oil, gently tap the spreader in a little at a time, spray more PB.

I'm trying to remove the downpipe from the O2 Housing, it's supposed to just pull apart...right? I already removed the 2 bolts holding the two together.

If it's the stock dp there is a third bolt there too and yes it will just pull apart...

The 3rd is a support bracket over to the block
