I switched over to Win 7 64-bit and noticed that CAPS will not work in a 64-bit environment. I searched the internet, and found the new ASA program to look up parts. Here is a link to a thread on a Galant VR-4 forums that detail how to get ASA working in a 64-bit environment.
I downloaded the ISOs and got ASA working on my computer.
