What have others experienced as far as symptoms of maxed out fuel injectors?

I'm running about 93% on my 550s and have lost good control of tuning. Base fuel pressure is at 37psi. I wanted it on the low end so I could richen up the SAFC to lower timing. (Oh... when I have money the first thing I'm buying is DSMlink. I am friggin burned out on this "tricking the ECU" thing).

Thoughts?

Over and out,

A base of 42psi static is always a good starting point I'd go there first...

And - to be honest, I was never concerned with IPW when tuning my 20g/550/vpc/afc 93 gsx. Oh so long ago :)

When I was tuning my 450cc's with DSMLink years ago anything over 88% duty cycle I would instantly see knock. Really anything over 85% should be considered maxed out, but pushing it to 93% for sure is probably more than it should be at. Time for bigger injectors.

Regardless of SAFC or DSMLink or anything else if your over 85% duty cycle (most injector manifactures say 80%) your injectors are maxed.
