From the RMCBMW List (supposedly to be confirmed in tomorrows paper):
Rumor has it that someone has purchased PPIR and supposedly the intent is to make it a "Country Club" style track, likely to include an openness to club track events as well. Here are a few bullet points, per Derek at the Ferrari of Denver dealership (one of his clients is the buyer and he has given Derek permission to spread the
word):
*The grandstands will be removed.
*A larger, high-speed road course is planned on the property but outside of the current track lay out...the current oval and in-field road course will remain.
*Garages to store automobiles.
*Golf course.
*Maybe even some full-time residences will be planned in the future.
Derek posted the announcement on FerrariChat last week. If you want to check out the announcement yourself or post a question to Derek about it, go to:

(although the thread on FerrariChat doesn't have much more info than I already gave you, unfortunately)
